To give it it's official title, Victory Ground Tennis Players is a long established club in Bury st Edmunds. Although a small club with two, floodlit, hard courts, located at the Victory Sports Ground, the club has a long history of playing in the league dating back to the 1950s
VGTP works in partnership with the Cricket club who graciously allow tennis members to use their pavilion and facilities at the Victory Sports Ground.
Open Club sessions are on Saturday afternoons and Wednesday evenings (even in the winter). The club welcomes players of all standards and runs many different events each year. Courts are bookable online for private play and coaching is available through The club's partnership with David Hall Tennis

Exning Tennis Club is situated in the village of Exning, close to Newmarket. The club shares its facilities with the local cricket club on parkland in the grounds of Exning House. The picturesque surroundings provide an excellent setting for the club.
The club has three hard courts, two floodlit; and is one of only a few tennis clubs in the area that is able to provide full access and facilities for wheelchair players.
In addition to organising regular club play throughout the year, the club organises a number of tournaments for its members. It also has teams entered into both the Norfolk & Suffolk and the Cambridge & District Tennis Leagues.

Earliest records show that tennis came to Haverhill when St Mary’s Tennis Club formed in 1890 with matches being played at Place Farm. During the 1920’s the club courts were where the Leisure Centre now stands.
Today Haverhill Tennis Club is adjacent to the Leisure centre and has 4 courts playing competitively in a number of leagues. The club ethos is friendly and welcoming to players of all ages and abilities.
The clubs' aim is to promote tennis throughout the year for all age groups, both adults and children, through social play, internal competition, matches and to offer professional coaching to any members who want to improve their standard of play.

Newmarket Lawn Tennis Club was founded in 1948 and is run as a not-for-profit organisation by a dedicated and enthusiastic team of volunteers. The club is committed to providing the best possible playing experience for members, and also for visiting teams.
Newmarket has seven courts, five of which are floodlit. Four of the courts are macadam, three of these courts are covered by an Air Hall (a.k.a the "Bubble") for seven months of the year between October and the end of April. The three other courts are laid with the latest Grand Lanos synthetic clay, rated as Grade 1 by the International Tennis Federation (ITF).
